BRAND GENESIS
“ZERO REPETITION MAXIMUM”
Despite being motionless, Isometric Training is the real foundation for human movement: isometric exercises can improve specific posture and biomechanics, joints balance, neuromuscular efficiency, muscle fibers activation and motor units recruitment on a single static “frame” of a chosen movement or dynamic exercise, without any stress for joints or injury risk. Definitely, the most functional and safest way to build that maximum strength, power and proper dynamic movement into any human and athlete training journey.
Furthermore, we believe that, like any other tool, Isometric Training needs to be well integrated in a balanced holistic vision.
For this reason, starting from ISOMETRICS as Brand and Company genesis, we explore and apply creative process to the following areas of Dynamic Training, main pillars of our System: LIFTING, BALLISTIC, LOCOMOTION, GROUNDING, JOINT MOBILITY and FLOW.

Our creative process aims to upgrade people’s training journey to the next level, through the relevant and functional integration of Isometric Training in synergy with Dynamic Training. We aim for people to move better, with greater body awareness and with purpose, knowing how and when to generate energy, strength, power, speed. How and when to simply flow. Knowing the importance of building endurance, recovering properly and cultivating a proactive mindset, in order to support the journey.

“…I decided to mix both my passions and main skills of Industrial Design and Physical Training to create the first worldwide portable Strap design dedicated to all variations of Overcoming Isometrics Training, in order to help people enjoy its benefits for performance, health, fitness or aesthetic goals everywhere, without any barrer.
During the development of our first product ‘ZeroRM ISO-Rack Strap’ I applied minimalistic design thinking.
I reduced components to the essential, putting the focus on ergonomics, top quality and durability of the non-elastic fabric material together with its stitching configuration, aiming for concepts such as a friendly user experience, versatility, portability and universality.”
