FAQ

Do i always have to insert feet inside loops to use it?

Some exercises don’t require any direct contact between feet and strap to generate resistance, especially some of those targeting upper body.

When the feet-strap contact is required, we suggest you to insert the feet inside the loops to experience better comfort and to make the most of the use.

Anyway, as secondary option you can simply place your foot on the strap making pressure with your own body weight, depending on the exercise type.

Can I use it with shoes on?

Yes, ISO-Rack Strap loops allow you to insert the feet with and without shoes. Anyway we suggest you a barefoot use when possible, to experience better body awareness and positioning during exercise.

How can I sanitize it?

Applying a simple bleach-free disinfectant spray along the strap is enough. For a deeper cleaning you can wash it in the washing machine.
