EXERCISES MAIN TIPS
Breathing
management
Isometric training could be very demanding so you need the support of an efficient and regular breathing flow from the beginning to the end of the exercise. Avoid constrictions or noise during the effort. Connect body with mind and concentrate, using breathing sound as a “mantra”.
Facial expression and
Head/Neck Position
During an isometric exercise you have the opportunity to clearly check your position and postural behaviour during it because you are into a static action. Focus on engaging mostly the muscle districts involved in the exercise, keeping facial expression and head/neck position as neutral as possible. Aim to look comfortable in the discomfort!
TUT —
Time Under Tension
As for traditional lifting exercises it is important to determine the intensity mostly by the maximum number of repetitions you’re gonna work on, when it comes to isometric exercises the key factor is the time you stay under tension related to the effort intensity generated. There are different TUT protocols depending on the goal and stimulus you are searching for.
CONVERT IT IN SUSPENDED BODYWEIGHT TOOL
Not only isometric training!
Another high expressions of ZeroRM versatility is represented by the possibility to totally convert it as a complete and ergonomic suspended bodyweight tool. Thanks to this feature you will be able to have a complete and intense strength workout anywhere, combining isometric training and suspended bodyweight resistance training, without the need of any heavy tool.
UNLEASH YOUR CREATIVITY
ZERO RM is designed with a clear versatile soul.
Training knowledge together with creative thinking will allow you to find new and challenging ways to use it! Apply ZERO RM on specific Sport* exercises and movement patterns.
